After many years of end-user experience with night vision, See The Night is providing a warranty that we would trust. We value your investment, and want to provide not only a strong warranty, but an extremely reasonable support and repair process. It is our intention to sell you a quality device and that you don’t have to worry about.
Low Cost Repair Commitment
To further your confidence and trust, we want to offer a program designed to cover what warranty doesn’t. Accidents happen, and that shouldn’t be the reason your device is not functioning at its best. At See The Night we are filling the gaps in the warranty by offering a low cost, price gouging prevention program. If any commercially sold See The Night device needs repair, it will be done based on the cost of the materials only, with no charges for labor. Hopefully you never have to use this program, but if you do, we want your device back up and running as quick and painless as possible.

10 YEARS ON ALL NEW L3HARRIS & ELBIT SYSTEMS OF AMERICA IMAGE INTENSIFIERS.
5 YEARS WARRANTY FOR ALL NEW PHOTONIS DEFENSE IMAGE INTENSIFIERS
ALL OTHER PARTS AND COMPONENTS (EXCLUDING IMAGE INTENSIFIERS) OF A SEE THE NIGHT BRANDED DEVICE ARE COVERED BY A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS WARRANTY. ANY PARTS AND COMPONENTS WARRANTY PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER GREATER THAN 5 YEARS WILL BE HONORED BY SEE THE NIGHT.
USED/TRADE IN IMAGE INTENSIFIERS ARE WARRANTIED FOR 1 YEAR, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE TERMS OF AN INVOICE, WEBSITE LISTING, OR ANY ADVERTISEMENT.
INCLUDED WITH THE PURCHASE OF ANY See The Night BRANDED DEVICE:
FREE ANNUAL CLEANING, INSPECTION, COLLIMATION, & PURGE
During this time the device will essentially start from the very beginning, as if it was a new production product. Each component will be cleaned to our standard for all devices. At this time, we inspect o-rings, fasteners, connections, grease, and many other things to determine what needs to be replaced. Once all components have either passed inspection, or been replaced, the device will go through the build process in our lab-grade cleanroom, coming out with the same great bill of health that it initially left with.
FREE OF ANY DEFECTS
Regardless of the issue, all See The Night branded devices will be free of any form of defects prior to leaving our hands, preventing any faulty optics, housings, or components from making it to the end user.

Warranty Void Terms
There are some things to be aware of that See The Night is not able to warranty or may void warranty:
- Exposing Night Vision to Daylight Environments
- Improper Operation or Neglect
- Using Sub-Accessories such as rechargeable batteries not recommend by the manufacturer of the electrical circuitry components.
- Damage from corrosion when batteries are improperly left in devices during storage.
- Recoil Damage
- Over exposure to IR light. Forms of IR light include: lasers, weapon lights, strobes, flood lights, vehicle lights, and spot lights..
