SEE THE NIGHT ships all night vision devices FedEx Express service. The specific service varies on distance and rates. All packages MUST ship with a required signature. If you are worried about being able to receive your package, SEE THE NIGHT will ship to a FedEx Ship Center near you. It will be held there per FedEx’s policy and only available for pick up by the addressed recipient. All packages are insured.
In order to avoid any returns, we recommend you call or email us if you are not sure or have questions about a product. If the product is a trade-in or used condition we can always provide more pictures or videos of the product.
All sales are final and returns are not allowed.
SEE THE NIGHT maintains the right to decide on a case by case basis if there is an option for a return with a restocking fee (standard 15%). Also, on a case by case basis, SEE THE NIGHT can offer the customer to exchange the returned product for another SEE THE NIGHT product.
