The Ultralight Articulating Night Vision Binocular – Full Control Ruggedized (UANVB-FCR) “Manticore-R” is a articulating binocular housing made of high strength aerospace grade 7075-T6 aluminum with a full suite of onboard digital controls. Using advanced multi-axis CNC machining, a robust ultralightweight design is achieved. This binocular includes features such as digital manual gain control, individual pod shut off, IPD stops, user adjustable pod tension, IR-Illuminator with indicator and low battery indicator. This device is powered with an onboard CR123A achieving a run time of 26 hours and includes a 00B LEMO port for use of external battery packs.
